This ought to be straightforward. A
distinctive house, a pavement with a gaslamp... but where is it?
9/1/05 Many thanks to Eric in Norway, who emailed within hours of this card appearing to supply the answer: it's in the Gibauderie, opposite the bottom of Dalgairns Road. The far part of the building appears to have been more or less entirely rebuilt, but the nearer house, the pavement and wall and the distinctive large stone above the gate are all still recognizably intact.
